Pasta Bolognese

20min recipe to satisfy your mouth

Ingredients

1/2 Red Onion, diced

1 Garlic Clove, minced

1-2lbs of Ground Meat

2tbs of Seasoning- Oregano, Parsley and Basil

1 package of Linguine or Spaghetti

28oz can of Tomato Puree

1tsp Sugar

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package

  2. In your Dutch Oven, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add red onion and saute until slightly translucent. Add Garlic and stir until fragrant. Add ground meat and break it up with the spatula, mixing everything together. Cook for about 7min until mostly done. Add seasonings of your choosing including salt and pepper.

  3. Pour the can of puree over the meat and sugar, stir then bring to a boil and cover for about 5min. Adjust seasoning to your taste. Combine pasta and meat in a large bowl then serve.
