Shrimp and Vegetable Stir-Fry
You can choose to add any type if seafood or vegetables to this recipe. It is that simple.

Ingredients
Bunch of mini peppers, cut into strips
1 celery stalk, sliced into half moons
1/2 red onion, cut into strips
Handful Enoki Mushrooms (found in an oriental grocer)
3 heads of Baby Bok Choy (found in an oriental grocer)
1 cloves garlic, minced
10-12 large shrimp, cleaned
1 tbsp stir-fry sauce
Cooked rice
Directions
Heat oil in wok or nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook Shrimp until pink, season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan.
Add onion, peppers. celery, ; stir-fry a few min until tender. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30sec. Add cooked shrimp, Enoki, Baby Bok Choy and Stir-Fry Sauce to combine for 1min.
Serve over rice
